I am Madeline Fain, and I run MF Health Advisors out of Phoenix. For 4 years I have been helping people who do not get insurance through an employer work out what they actually need.
Health insurance is one of the biggest purchases most people make each year, and it is usually the one they understand least. That is not their fault. The industry is built out of jargon, and the tools most people are handed show them a narrow slice of what exists and then leave them to guess.
I built this practice on the opposite idea. You should be able to explain your own policy back to me in plain language before you ever sign it. If you cannot, I have not finished my job.
Being independent matters here. I am not tied to selling one company's products, so I can look at options that are not listed on public marketplaces and build a shortlist around your health, your budget and your family rather than around whatever happens to be easiest to sell.
I also do all of my own customer service. There is no call centre and no rotating cast of representatives. When you call MF Health Advisors, you get me, and I already know your file.

No jargon, and no acronyms without a translation. If a plan has a catch, I will point straight at the catch rather than hope you do not find it later.

The quote is free and there is no obligation attached to it. If your current coverage is the better deal, I will say so and you will have lost nothing but a phone call.

Renewals, claims, a change in your situation, a question you feel silly asking. You call the same number and reach the same person, who already knows your history.
